    RESPONSIBLE, CUSTOMER FOCUSED BUSINESS WHILE NOT FORGETTING TO HAVE FUN AND PASSION

    My professional philosophy and how I operate involves what I like to call my Three Guiding Principles: customer focus, act responsibly and most importantly, have fun and passion in what you do!

    Now I know this may make some of you squeamish or uneasy since you may think it goes against conventional wisdom as to what is acceptable to talk about professionally, but it is absolutely essential to success and it can be summed up in two words, fun and passion. When you have fun while you work and passion in what you do your creative juices will flow, your innovativeness will surprise and your production will be high. I strive for this in what I do and whatever organization I partner with and I challenge you to do the same. You’ll have no regrets. I guarantee it.

    We must operate by focusing on our customers. We must listen to and acknowledge their dreams, goals, desires, aspirations, and then we must take what we have learned and design our products and services around those things. Customers are what drive our business; they are why we are in existence. The moment we start forgetting this and stop listening to them is the moment we need to reevaluate our priorities.

    As professionals in the world of business, and as human beings, we must act with a high level of responsibility. Our actions have so many implications (whether it is directly or indirectly) on other people, on society and on our environment. Therefore it is our duty to take responsibility for our actions and commit to doing good in the world.

    Well, there you have it, my Three Guiding Principles that I not only live by professionally, but also personally.
